I am retired and have chosen loan signing as my new career. I am available 7-days a week, most evenings and holidays. I am willing to travel through-out Northern Santa Barbara County area (Lompoc, Buellton, Orcutt, Santa Maria, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, Los Alamos, and Ballard) In the past eight years I have handled well over 3,000 signings of various types. Those types include new home purchases, refinances, reverse mortgages, living wills, and numerous miscellaneous signings.
